Willie Bert Jones Jr

Wille Bert Jones Jr, affectionately known as “Willie B”, was called to eternal rest to be with the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Sunday, June 16, 2024, at his residence in Warrenton, Ga. Willie B was the oldest of (9) children, born January 01, 1947, to the union of the late Wille B. Jones Sr. and Mary A. Jones. At an early age Willie B joined the Hickory Grove Baptist Church under Rev. R.E. Edwards.
He grew up on a farm which fostered his love for the outdoors. Wille B loved driving fast cars, hunting, and fishing. He was known for coon hunting and his skill of training coon dogs. Willie B honed his skills of masonry and was able to start his own brick masonry company, which made him a much sought -after brick mason until his retirement.
Wille B leaves to cherish his memory, seven (7) children, Tonjula Jones Robinson, Augusta Ga., Sharon Commings, Thomson Ga., Phillip Anderson, Hampton Ga., Sakethia Jones, Hephzibah Ga., Cassandra Jones, Chamblee Ga., Delvecchio Ramond Jones, Hephzibah Ga., LaVonya Jones-Maze (Walker) Sandersville, Ga. Thirteen (13) Grandchildren, Qyntavius Andrews, Dre`Shad Andrews, Shatoria Veal, Carma Jones, Alexander Hawkins, Kyla Robinson, Kendall Robinson, Alexis Pinkston, DelVecchio Ramond Jones Jr., Jeremiah Miller, Alexanderian Miller, Takara Thompkins, Crystal Thompkins. Two (2) Great grand Children, Camille Barrett and Dallas Barrett. Seven (7) Siblings, Mary Alice Jones, Augusta, Ga., Hubert Jones, Warrenton Ga., Johnny (Carolyn) Jones, Thomson, Ga., Clarence Jones, Hephzibah, Ga., Patricia Jones Clark, Augusta Ga., Charles Jones, Dearing, Ga., Matthew(Teresia) Jones, Hephzibah Ga., He has one Uncle Billy Waymon Jones, Rochester, NY., and three aunts, Ammie Mae Ashford, Rochester, NY., Katherine Bradley, Killeen TX., and Sarah Smith, Brunswick, Ga. And host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
