Willie Greg Copeland

Willie “Greg” Copeland was born on August 14, 1964 in Augusta, GA to Nina Copeland and the late Fred Copeland; he was a longtime resident of Warren County. Greg departed this life on December 9, 2020 at University Hospital in Augusta, Georgia.

Greg received his education through the Warren County School System. After his high school graduation, Greg enlisted in the United States Marines Corps where he admirably served his country. After his service was completed, he returned to his hometown where he joined Law Enforcement; Greg worked faithfully with the county and the city until his retirement in 2001.

Greg leaves to cherish his memories; a loving mother, Nina Copeland; a dedicated daughter, Nikita Robinson (Joshua); like a daughter, Aquietta McNair (Antywan); one grandchild, Rhaeya Robinson; a brother, Carlos Lampkin, a loving sister, Deborah Bell (Willie); aunt, Alma Walker and a host of great family and amazing friends.
