Wendale Johnson 56, of Warrenton, GA passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Friday, July 21, 2023 at Burke County Medical in Waynesboro, GA.
Wendale was born on August 15, 1966. To the parents of Samuel E. Johnson SR and the late Frances W. Johnson.
He was raised int the Warren County and attended the publish school system. He, also attended Lithonia Baptist Church as a child. Wendale was a professional truck driver with over 28 years of experience. Although he drove locally, he never encountered a truck he wasn’t comfortable driving. Over his lifetime as a truck driver, he logged billions of miles on the road. He was commonly known on the CB handle as Repo Man. In addition to his love for driving trucks’ he was master mechanic and a tow truck operator for the family business.
Wendale was a dedicate family man who enjoyed spending time with his family. and friends. he was humble, quiet, compassionate, kind no-non sense and witty who uttered a few words yet still got his point across while going above and beyond to help others. Overall he was a stand-up guy.
Wendale is proceeded in death by his mother, maternal and parental grandparents, aunts: Lula Jackson, Hurley Reese; Uncles: john wright, Rev Williams Wright Jr and Henry Wright.
Wendale is survived by his loving and devoted wife Janice M Johnson, devoted children LaMeshia Johnson, Branden Bell, Megale Johnson (Samantha Bulter)his favorite girls: Ianel Johnson, jaycee Moss Trinity Bell grandchildren: CAYDEN Johnson, Jalaysia Reese, Titan Lewis, Loving and devoted father:Samuel E. Johnson SR. sibling: Rejoice Johnson, Elmear Walker, Samuel E. Johnson Jr.., Amanda Johnson, Kerry Johnson, Kalvin (Aurdia) Johnson, Juantavious Johnson, Sandrell Johnson, Jermaine (Cassandra) Green, sister in laws: Loretta McNair Brother in laws: Donnell Casey, Dewayne Bell, Matorri Bell, Aunts Dorothy Wright, Rosie Austin, Patricia Wright, Evelyn and Margaret Wright, Uncles: Thomas (Freddie) Wright, Bennie (Sharon) Wright, Devoted friends: Mr. Eddie Ingram, Willie G. Calvin, Ted Nunnaly, Donnie Frails, Michael Stallworth, Michael Robinson, Mr. Billy Daggett, Gregory Bell, a host of niece, nephews and other relatives.
