Troy A. Moss was born to the proud parents of Della M. Mayweather and Robert Moss on January 10, 1966, in Augusta, GA.
Troy was blessed with a beautiful childhood growing up in the Culverton Community with his dad. He joined the Hickory Grove Baptist Church at a young age. Troy attended both elementary and high school in Hancock County.
On October 22, 2024, Troy heard his Heavenly Father's voice. He called him home to join his parents, Della Mayweather and Robert Edward Moss and brothers Jeffery Mayweather and Calvin Smith.
Troy leaves to cherish his memory: a dear loving grandmother, known as “Granny”, Mattie Mayweather (Sparta, Georgia), a sister, Lisa (Carl) Jordan (Augusta, Georgia), a step-sister, Toy Mortimer (Conyers, Georgia), two brothers, Larry Smith (Eatonton, Georgia) and Joe Nathan (Arlean) Murray, Sr. (Covington, Georgia); five aunts Mattie Mae Lawrence and Mary Clark (Sparta, Georgia), Shirley Strawter (Warner Robins, Georgia), Pauline (George) Hughes (Augusta, Georgia) and Jennifer Reeves (Macon, Georgia); four uncles, Steven (A’Keti) Mayweather and James Mayweather (Sparta, Georgia), Emmanuel Moss and Clarence Moss (Thomson, Georgia) and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, classmates, family and friends.
