Mr. Robert Bonner was born on November 19, 1943 to the late Willie Bonner and the late Hattie Bell. He entered into rest on October 28, 2017 at Augusta University Health.

Mr. Bonner was a family man. He filled his home with love and laughter. Whether you knew him as Bubba, Will or simply Robert, he was kind and generous to all. He was a great provider to his entire family.

Mr. Bonner was preceded in death by his wife of 25 years, Mary Lee Bonner; daughter, Hattie Rivers;

and sons,  Willie Eugene Williams and Julius Williams.

Mr. Bonner was employed by Martin Marietta Aggregates in Camak, Georgia for 28 years until his retirement in 1998.

Those left to cherish his memory are his devoted companion of 27 years, Mary Harrison of Lincolnton, GA; a dedicated and loving daughter, Nakisha Slocumb of Warrenton, GA, daughters Robin Bonner, Lois Burnett, Laura Williams and Betty Ivey all of Warrenton, GA, Demetria Harrison and Rosalyn Bartley of Augusta, GA; sons Frank (Carolyn) Williams, Jimmy Williams, Robert Bell and Larry Jackson of Warrenton, GA, Melvin Shanks of Atlanta, GA, Ronnie Williams, Greensboro, GA, Alan Harrison and Roy Harrison, Jr. of Lincolnton, GA; sister Susie Bonner of Warrenton, GA;  son-in-law, Lewis Rivers of Warrenton, GA; daughter-in-law Idell Williams of Fort Valley, GA; sisters-in-law Louise Myricks of Norwood, GA and Uradee Bell of Warrenton, GA; a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many sorrowing friends.
