Ms. Pearline Battle Bradshaw was born on June 7, 1956, to Marie and the late Robert Battle. She became a member of the Mt. Moriah Baptist Church at an early age, where she served as an usher until her health failed.
She was educated in the Warren County school system where she graduated with the class of 1975. After graduating, she was employed by Garland Knitting Mills which later became Healthtex, where she was until its closing. After this, she became an employee of Walmart until retiring in 2021.
She was preceded in death by her only brother, Nelson; and only child, Eric. She leaves to cherish her memories: mother, Marie Battle; two sisters, Lena Gilbert and Loistine (Arlandis) Baker; sister/cuz, Bessie Hamilton; brothers/cuz, Randy (Kathy) Young and Willie James (Ida) Young; four grandchildren, Marquavius Battle, Erin Battle, Eydan Tanksley, and Ava Battle; one great-grandchild, Ethan Beard; daughter-in-law, Ty Tanksley Battle; adopted daughter, Tywonda Hudson; sisters-in-love, Bernice Neal, Denise (Michael) Berry, Freda Brashaw and Susan Brashaw; brothers-in-love, Robert (Claudia) Brashaw and Anthony (Nikki) Brashaw; and a host of nieces, nephews, and many sorrowing friends.
