Life Reflections
God in His infinite wisdom knew Mary was getting weary. So, on February 13, 2024, He called her name and she answered.
Mary Brunson was the firstborn child of the late Dorothy and Masouver “Soup” Ingram. She brought them much joy as did her other siblings, Alexander(deceased), Earnestine “Polly”, and Harry.
She was raised in a Christian home. So, as a young child, she gave her life to Christ at Hickory Grove Baptist Church but later moved to Macedonia Baptist Church along with her husband.
In 1963, she graduated from Hancock Central High School. To prepare for life and a career, she attended Dudley M. Hughes School of Nursing, graduating in 1972.
On January 1969, she was joined in marriage to Herbert. To this union, they were blessed with two children, Eric and Brandi. She was a dedicated wife and mother who loved to cook and clean. To Kris, Kayla, and Dominic she was the GREATEST grandmother.
Those left to cherish her memory, her husband of 55 years, Herbert; children, Eric (Mannetta), and Brandi; grandchildren, Kris, Kayla, and Dominic; sister, Earnestine (Paris), brother, Harry (Shirley); sister-in-law, Annie; brother-in-law, Jeff (Phyllis), cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
