Mr. Odelle “Tit” Williams was born on April 20, 1939, to the late parentage of Mrs. Mary Lou Williams and Mr. William Jackson “Preacher.”
He peacefully departed this life on July 12, 2025, at Doctors Hospital in Augusta, Georgia. He was united in holy matrimony to the late Mrs. Ella Mae Lawrence “Fronnie.”
Odelle had a warm and friendly spirit. He loved to fish, converse with others, and share a good laugh. He took great pride in his work and retired from Georgia Pacific in Monticello, Georgia, where he was a dedicated forklift driver.
He was preceded in death by his sisters, Mrs. Gradie Mae Grant and Mrs. Julie Mae Lawson; his father-in-law, Mr. Willie Lawrence “Dud” (Mary); and his brother-in-law, Mr. Willie Lee Horton “Bill.”
Mr. Williams leaves to cherish his memory a beloved daughter he raised as his own, Mrs. Katie Lawrence Harden “Littlebit” (Richard) of Warthen, Georgia; a cherished granddaughter, Latierra Harden “Lat” of Warthen, Georgia; one sister, Mrs. Dorothy Horton of Sparta, Georgia; one brother, Mr. Benjamin Lawson “Man” (Sharon); one sister-in-law, Mrs. Brenda Waller (Kerry); three brothers-in-law, Mr. Willie Lawrence Jr., Mr. Robert Lawrence, and Mr. Charlie Lawrence; and a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
