Mr. Christopher E. Bly (Earl), the son of the late Mrs. Kate Anderson was born March 31, 1960 in Augusta, Georgia. He departed this life on April 19, 2021 at Augusta University Health (AU) in Augusta, Georgia.
Christopher received his education through the Hancock and Warren County school systems. After completing his education Christopher moved to Atlanta where he attended Community College. Christopher was employed with Scientific Atlanta until he suffered a work - related injury. Christopher then opened his own business Best Leasing Yet where he worked until his retirement. He was proceeded in death by three siblings, Patricia Hunt, Earnestine Smith, and Alvester Allen. Christopher was joined in Holy Matrimony to Kathleen L. Dawson on March 31, 2013.
He leaves to cherish his memories his loving wife, Kathleen D. Bly of Thomson, Georgia. Six children, Zebodiah S. Franklin, Crystal Graham, Miah E. Graham, Anthony R. Hamilton, Darcenia R. (Julius) Hinkle, all of Atlanta, Georgia, and Kristin G. Bly of South Carolina. Two stepchildren Aquietta N. (Antywan) McNair of Atlanta, Georgia, and Nikita L. (Joshua) Robinson of Athens, Georgia. One God child Thaddeus (Georgia) Willoughby of Winder, Georgia. Twenty-three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren. One sister Shirley (Bennie) Dawson of Warrenton, Georgia. Two brothers Charles (Shirley) Bly of Sparta, Georgia, and Jason (Flora) Bly of Dearing, Georgia. Four sisters-in-law Mary (Willie) Ficklin, Bridget Nelson, Annie Dawson, and Bonnie Dawson; two brothers-in-law Eddie (Charlene) Dawson and George (Diane) Dawson, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
