Mildred Onelia Lee Howard, daughter of the late U.H. and Carwee Lee was born January 6, 1938, in Warren County, Georgia.

She entered into rest on Saturday, July 15 2017 at the Gibson Health and Rehabilitation Center in Gibson, Georgia.

She joined the Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church at an early age. There, she worked faithfully on several auxiliaries until her death.

She married Alvin Howard, May 9, 1959. He proceeded her in death.

She had several occupations prior to becoming an employee of Warren County Board of Education where she worked for 26 years.

She was faithful and diligent in her service to each place of employment.

She leaves to cherish her memory 4 children, Phyllis H. Hollings, Peachtree Corners, Georgia; Victor Howard, of Tacoma Washington, Cathy H. Spencer of Ellenwood, Georgia; and Dwellyn J. Howard, Alexandria, VA. Three siblings, Ray Lee(Martha) Atlanta, Georgia; Martha Lee, Philadelphia, PA; and Mary(Johnny) Rivers, Delaware 10 Grand Children, host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and devoted friends.
