Sean, 49, started a new journey free from sickness and pain on Friday, August 9th surrounded by his family.
Sean made an impression everywhere he went. He had an infectious smile and hearty laugh that made those around him smile and laugh. His eyes always had a twinkle that made others wonder just what he was thinking. Little children and dogs adored him; they instinctively knew his heart was pure. He was a die-hard Dawgs, Falcons and Braves’ fan – even when it hurt. I am sure he was shaking his head with the Braves performance on the 10th. We love him and will miss him forever more.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, William C. and Martha Jones, Robert C. Lawson; uncles, Raymond Jones, John Lawson; cousin, Amber Jones.
Sean is survived by his children, Kaeli (Tyler) Sharpe, Aaron and Marissa; parents, Michael (Shirley) Jones and Taryn (Michael) Collinsworth; grandparent, Barbara Lawson; siblings, Matthew Jones, Cierra (Christopher) Monile, Erica (Bray) Carr, David Collinsworth; nieces and nephews, Aloah Jones, Trace and Peyton Monile, Natalie and Juju Lockwood, Ethan and Ella Collinsworth; aunts and uncles, Gail Semmelink, Danny (Kim) Jones, Connie Smith, Tina (Mickey) Latham, Dorinda (David) Hennings; cousins, Christy (Scott) Chapman, Nicole (Colby) Kersey, Janna (John) Semmelink Hinds, Josh (Megan) Jones, Alex (Daniel) Story, Stephen Smith, Will Smith, Dallas Latham, Logan Latham, Maggie Latham. He loved Farrah, April and Kasey.
