Mrs. Mabel Berry was born June 13, 1924 to the late Mabel Kyler Revere and Nathaniel Revere in Taliaferro County, Georgia.  She departed this life on July 7, 2016.She was a member of Union Springs Baptist Church in Norwood, Georgia and later joined Springfield Baptist Church in Thomson, Georgia

Mabel was married to the late Tommy Berry.  She was preceded in death by one sister, Hattie Mae Revere and three brothers, Timothy (Uncle Buddy) Revere, Roy (Uncle Roy) Revere and Hosea Revere.

Her memories will be forever be cherished by her two daughters, Tony Mae (Willie) Franklin of Warrenton, Georgia and Lula Bell Elleby of Norwood, Georgia; two sons, James (Rosa) Berry of Norwood, Georgia and Samuel Berry of Atlanta, Georgia; two sisters, Leela Lynn and Martha Lynn both of Augusta, Georgia and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
