Horace Collins Sr. was born October 17, 1953, in Warrenton, GA, to the late Rithol and LueWiddie Collins. He was employed at Kellogs for over 30 years. On September 27, 2023, he was called home.
Preceding him in death his parents LueWiddie and Rithol Collins, one brother Kenneth Johnson, two sons Cordell Carver and Christiavian Baker.
Horace joined Rocky Branch Baptist Church.
Horace leaves to cherish his memories: his wife Varline Y. Baker Collins (Warrenton, GA), two daughters Quanissa Collins and Veronica Collins (Warrenton, GA), three sons Daniel Baker (Thomson, GA), Kenneth (Arlasha) Baker (Atlanta, GA), Horace Collins Jr. (Warrenton, GA), loving brothers Rudolph (Tangie) Collins (Blythe, GA), Ruldoph Ivey (Warrenton GA), three sisters Brenda Wilson (Jamaica, NY), Catherine Collins (Warrenton, GA) Wanda Ivey (Augusta, GA), sisters-in-law Rennell Baker (Hephzibah, GA), Mary Robinson (Atlanta, GA), Debra (James) Hatcher, (Atlanta, GA), Mary Wilcher (Warrenton GA), three brothers in-law Jesse Baker (Mitchell, GA), James Baker (Grovetown, GA), Julian (Trina) Baker (Maryland), two special nieces LaWanda Collins and Runesha Holmes, one uncle John Gilliam (Rochester, NY), two aunts Ruth Battle (Warrenton, GA), Corine C.
