Frederick George Harris

Frederick George Harris was born December 3, 1981; in Augusta, GA. George attended Hancock County Schools, and was a 2000 graduate of Hancock Central High School. George was very athletic and followed the footsteps of his father by playing football. He was loved by all who encountered him.

His Life
George was a man of hard work and always kept family first! Although he was a man of few words, he had an amazing sense of humor! He was employed by the Hancock County Sheriff Department for over 12 years. George always took pride in who he was and was quite a fighter until the very end.

His Legacy
George was preceded in death by his father Freddie Harris.

George leaves to cherish his loving memories, his mother Christine Lott Harris of Sparta, GA, sister,  Deatrice Gaines of Griffin, GA., brother, Kelvin Johnson and sisters,  Anita Lott, Benita Lott, and Teresa Harris all of Sparta, Georgia, and a devoted cousin/brother, Titus Eugene Moss  of Atlanta, Georgia. He will be truly missed by his nieces, nephews, aunt’s uncles, cousins, and a host of classmate’s and friends. Take your rest George until we meet again.
