On December 22, 2016 she heard the master's voice say "Come Home". Miss Ernestine Hanson, daughter of the late Jimmie Hanson and Mable Hanson was born Augusta 11, 1956 in Warren County, Georgia.

Miss Hanson was a member of Greenwood Baptist Church where she deeply loved to worship and fellowship with her church family. She was a loving daughter,  sister, and aunt.

Her father Jimmie Hanson and two brothers James Hanson and Eugene Hanson preceded her in death.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories a loving mother Mable Hanson, Norwood, Ga.; four sisters and one brother. Bernice (Ray) Bradford, Augusta, Ga.; Shirley (Ricky) Hill, Warrenton, Ga.; Jesse (Cassandra) Hanson Norwood, Ga.; Arlene (Ottis) Deal, Decatur, Ga.; Mamie Hanson, Lithonia, Ga. 9 nieces and  nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
