Dorris Lee

Dorris Lee was born February 22, 1951, in Warren County to the late Doyal and Rosie Pearl Lee. He entered into eternal rest on March 27, 2022, at University Hospital, Thomson, GA. He joined Greenwood Baptist Church at an early age. He was a graduate of Warren County High School in 1969. He retired from Timbermen Inc. after 28 years of service.

Dorris was a dedicated member of Greenwood Baptist. He served on the Deacon Board for many years.

Dorris married the love of his life Bertha Lee. He was a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather, and uncle.

He leaves to cherish his memories wife, Bertha Lee; five children, Curtis (Felicia) Lee, Demarko (Mayauna) Lee, Troy Cobb, Walicia Williams and Walter Cobb, Jr.; four sisters, Sallie (Tony) Grissom, Susie Lee, Loretta Lee, Dr. Rachel Lee; two brothers, Nathaniel (Rommonia) Lee, Willie Earl (Danisha) Lee; aunt, Christine Johnson; fourteen grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; a special friend, Dillion Myrick; a host of nieces, nephews and many friends.
