On Tuesday Morning March 11, 2025, Mr. Mr. Donald Nealey departed his life at his residence surrounded by his family.
Mr. Donald Nealey was born February 15, 1953, in Warrenton County, GA to the Parentage of the late Virginia Story Nealey and Johnny C. Berry.
Mr. Nealey was preceded in death by his son, Tavarus A. Bolton; Grandson, Carta Jr; Siblings, Harry Nealey, Larry Nealey, Willie (Nambo) Berry, Joint Burley, Johnny B. Berry, Thurman Nealey, Essie Johnson, Minnie Robinson and Lura Mae Gillom.
He retired from Tindall Corporation, Donald being the Person he was he immediately went back to work at Timberman in Camak, Ga then on to Heart Wood Products of Warrenton, Ga where he was a dedicated employee until his health failed. Donald was an adventurous man who loved his family, as well as hunting, fishing, farm animals and traveling. His style and personality were unmatched.
He was affectionately called "Pop" by all who knew him.
He leaves his cherished memories to his Loving and Devoted Wife, Vonita "Cookie" Nealey; his daughters, Donnetta (Bernard) Reid, Sasha Nealey; grandchildren, Ambrianna, Cheyenne, LaGaryius, Edward, Chandler, Khamani, Amari, Koko, Kingston, Sailor and Ca’Nylah; great grandchildren, Princeton, Ashton, Grayson, Nassir, Khyzer, Viollett and Mellani, A loving and devoted Sister Mildred “Mommy” Berry and Arlene Brooks. A Devoted Cousin Tommy Ivey. Adopted Daughter Sharane Johnson and Kaycee Sims. Adopted Son Josh Stephens and Family. A host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
