Charlie C. Wilson was born on November 13, 1954, to the late Charlie Lee Wilson and Sunbeam Wilson.

A Time for Life

Charlie C. will be remembered as a hardworking and kind man, filled with laughter, generosity, and a love for his family. He would go out of his way to help others and he loved life. He worked at Jebco Industries until it closed down. Charlie C also was a handyman.

A Time to Fly

God allowed Charlie C. to enter eternal rest on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, earning his reward. 

A Time to Mourn

His father, Charlie Lee Wilson, mother, Sunbeam Wilson, three sisters, Yvonne Kendrick, Burnestine Evans, and June Wilson, and two brothers, Gerald Wilson and Billy Walker, preceded Charlie C. in death.

He is survived by his special friend, Laverne Miles; son, Datril (Dolly) Wilson; grandchildren, Alex Brooks and Titus Wilson; three sisters, Eileen Willis, Debra (the late Johnny) Alexander, Valerie (Alfornia) Moss; two brothers, Allen (Sakeenah) Wilson, and Henry (Mary) Wilson; one brother-in-law, Jimmy Evans; two aunts, Annette Rolle and Delores Wilson; two uncles, Lorenzo Wilson and HB Wilson; two godchildren, Bronte Harris and Glentashia Veasey; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and loved ones.
