Billy was preceded in death by one brother Eddie Williams, Sr and sister Zillie Mae Saffo.

His memories will live on in the lives of: Daughters Deborah Williams of Sparta, Georgia; Virginia Williams of Thomson, Georgia; Taisha Mayberry and Natacha Farr both of North Carolina; sons Billy Williams Jr. (Wilda) Byron, Georgia; James Wigfall of Detroit, Michigan; sisters Mary Jackson (James Jackson) and Nellie Mae Williams both of Warrenton, Georgia; brothers Tommy Williams (Rubertha); Dawyne Williams (Tina) a host of niece’s nephews and cousins
